Foundation Dermal Fillers

This is the course that will see you qualify as an aesthetic practitioner and see you administer your first injections! When you arrive in clinic we will refresh your knowledge of facial structure, study vascular anatomy and lip shapes, learn about the history of dermal filler itself and look at the theory and techniques behind the treatments. We will also cover hygiene, infection control, safety, side effects, danger zones, complications and hyaluronidase. You will get comfortable with handling needles and syringes, practice your injecting technique, how to aspirate and gain confidence with syringe control on our silicone training heads. We will discuss client consultation, how to manage expectations and provide aftercare to get safe, effective results. You will then move onto the practical part of the day, performing filler treatments on multiple live cosmetic models.
