All treatments at the clinic require a non-refundable booking fee or deposit to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and the appointment has been approved.

We operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within this period will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee. Clients who give more than 48 hours’ notice may move their appointment once within six months of the original booking date. If you change your mind, fall ill, develop a cold sore, fall pregnant, or experience any other personal circumstance, the booking fee remains strictly non-refundable.

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in being charged the full treatment amount to the card used at booking. This policy ensures fairness for our practitioners and other clients who could have taken your appointment slot. If you arrive more than ten minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten or cancel your treatment, and your booking fee will be forfeited.

It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, or recent procedures before your appointment. If you are found unsuitable for treatment on the day due to undisclosed medical information, the booking fee will not be refunded. Clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding are advised to postpone aesthetic treatments until cleared by their healthcare professional.

While every effort is made to achieve the best possible results, individual outcomes may vary. Results cannot be guaranteed, and in some cases, top-up treatments may be required at an additional cost. The clinic cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions, side effects, or complications that occur following treatment when aftercare advice has been correctly followed.
