Advanced Dermal Fillers

  • 41 Steps

About

Once you have completed foundation fillers and qualified as an aesthetic practitioner you can progress to advanced fillers. This course focuses on facial contouring and introduces you to cannula’s in addition to needle use. We do revisit nasolabials on this course, using a cannula to administer filler to this area instead of the needle technique you learnt on foundation fillers. Using a cannula reduces side effects and complications. It can also greatly reduce your treatment time and improve client results. We will discuss facial & vascular structure, in particular on the area’s we are about to treat. We will study common mistakes and how to avoid them, side effects you can expect to experience, how to recognise, react and resolve complications (including the use of hyaluronidase) We also look at the effect of ageing fat pads on the skin and how this effects the appearance of cheeks, chin, jowls and jawline. We will teach you how to manage client expectations and advise on the results you can achieve, whether you are treating mid face volume loss caused by ageing or weight loss, or want to create a super sculpted angular look. We will practice injection technique and depth on our silicone training heads before moving onto the practical part of the day. You will observe Ajda treating our demo models then practice on multiple live cosmetic models yourself. An extensive content portfolio is provided on all of our courses. Area’s covered: • Cheeks • Jawline • Chin • Nasolabials • Technique of both needle and cannula Entry Requirements: Must have completed our foundation filler course or completed foundation filler training elsewhere and be able to provide proof of qualifications/insurance Course Cost: UK PRICE £1999 INTERNATIONAL PRICE £2249
