Facial filler is a non surgical injectable treatment using hyaluronic acid dermal filler to enhance the shape, projection, and balance of the face. It is commonly used to improve facial proportions . Aftercare step by step

1. Avoid touching the treated area for at least 6 hours after treatment.

2. Do not apply makeup to the treated area for a minimum of 12 hours.

3. Avoid strenuous exercise, heavy sweating, saunas, steam rooms, and hot baths for 24 to 48 hours.

4. Refrain from consuming alcohol for 24 hours to minimise swelling and bruising.

5. Avoid pressing or massaging the treated area for at least 3 weeks. Filler is mouldable and any pressure to the treated area can result in modification of results.

6. Mild swelling, redness, tenderness, or bruising is normal and may last several days.

7. Sleep on your back where possible for the first 1 to 2 nights to avoid pressure on the treated areas.

8. Avoid facial treatments, dental work, or aesthetic procedures for at least 3 weeks unless advised otherwise.

9. Apply SPF daily and avoid extreme heat or cold exposure to the area for several days.
