3. Avoid strenuous exercise, heavy sweating, saunas, steam rooms, and hot baths for 24 to 48 hours.

4. Refrain from consuming alcohol for 24 hours as this can increase bruising and swelling.

5. Mild redness, swelling, tenderness, or small injection marks are normal and should settle within a few days.

6. Avoid facial treatments, aesthetic procedures, or dental work for at least 2 weeks unless advised otherwise.

7. Use gentle skincare only for 48 hours. Avoid retinol, acids, exfoliants, or active ingredients during this time.

8. Apply SPF daily to protect the skin and support collagen regeneration.
